The same things that make Woodford Gardens work for a wedding, exclusive hire, a licensed bar, a wet weather plan and the freedom to bring your own caterer, make it a straightforward venue for any private event.
Choose a DIY package and organise it yourself, or the curated package with catering and coordination arranged for you. We are also happy to tailor a quote if you have something specific in mind. Events run to 11pm at the latest, with last drinks at 10.30pm.

The Garden Terrace

The main function dining area. Undercover, beside the bar, cocktail deck and amenities. Also the wet weather plan.
The Fairy Light Marquee

Wet weather backup, caterer set-up area, or a space in its own right for smaller gatherings.
The Lawn
Larger groups with a marquee
Picnics in the sun or dining under the stars. Above 70 guests a marquee or tipi may be needed.

Arranged for you
The Stress Free Celebration
Venue, food and styling together. Exclusive hire for up to five hours with catering for 40 guests, a grazing table on arrival for cocktail hour, and your cake cut and plated.
Choose your main course from three catering styles: a pizza food truck, traditional roast, or One World mixed options. Everything in Exclusive Venue Hire is included as well.

The finer details
Woodford Gardens is fully licensed, so no BYO drinks. Catering is your choice, but all providers must be licensed and insured.
- Additional venue hire $275 per hour
- Events conclude 11pm, last drinks 10.30pm
- Waitstaff $45 per member, per hour
- Commercial kitchen for your caterer, $330
- Cake cutting and plating $2.50 per guest
- Bar tab, cash bar or both. Eftpos available
- $500 non-refundable deposit secures your date
- Balance due 30 days prior, payment plans available
- Public holidays incur a 20% surcharge
- All pricing includes GST
