Woodford Gardens sits in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, close enough for Brisbane guests to drive up for the day, far enough to feel like somewhere else entirely.
Your wedding, your way
The property works at almost any size. Couples elope here with two witnesses under the trees. Others fill the lawn with up to 100 guests, a marquee, a food truck and a band until late. Same gardens, very different days.
Choose a DIY package and bring your own suppliers, styling and catering, or a curated package with celebrant, photography and coordination arranged for you. Either way hire is exclusive, so there is never another wedding running alongside yours.

The Enchanted Forest
Up to 100 guests
Tall gums and palms with filtered afternoon light. The quietest of the three and the one photographers ask for.
The Rotunda
Up to 100 guests
Open lawn and manicured garden beds, fairy-lit for the evening. Jacaranda in season.
The Lawn
Up to 100 guests
Open-air in the garden, with our wooden arbour dressed for the day. Add a marquee or tipi for a reception on the lawn.

Pop-up weddings
The Pop-Up Elopement
Special offer $1,900 · up to 20 guests
A relaxed, intimate way to say I do without the planning, expense or stress of a traditional wedding day. Held on selected dates through the year, each pop-up gives you an exclusive ceremony time slot in the gardens. Choose your date, invite your nearest and dearest, and leave the rest to us.
After the ceremony, enjoy an hour of professional photography, then celebrate with a grazing picnic or take-home grazing box.

$500 secures your date. 50% of the balance is due 3 months out and the final payment 30 days prior. No refunds apply.
Pop-ups are a simple legal ceremony, so they do not include a personalised script or planning meetings. Still a lovely way to marry the love of your life, and very affordable.

The finer details
Woodford Gardens is fully licensed, so no BYO drinks. Catering is your choice, but all caterers must hold a current commercial food licence, and there is no BYO food.
- Additional venue hire $275 per hour, to 11pm
- Waitstaff $45 per member, per hour
- Commercial kitchen for your caterer, $330
- Cake cutting and plating $2.50 per guest
- Bar tab, cash bar or both. Eftpos available
- $500 non-refundable deposit secures your date
- 50% due 6 months out, balance 30 days prior
- Public holidays incur a 20% surcharge
